Hopefully Management will see this!!! I want to personally say THANK YOU to the courier who delivered 10 bags of HEAVY play sand (ref: 71983130) for my kid. He was thee most happiest guy I've had the pleasure of talking to despite me not being able to help on the account of me holding my baby son. I really hope the best for you mate, especially with your baby on the way!!!!
LD22 Matthew - Had to deliver 29 heavy parcels and me being a pensioner he happily took them to where they were needed. Unlike other delivery services I have used, he didn't just leave them on the driveway but was more than helpful. Thank you Matthew, a credit to your company.
Today I had a delivery from this company. 3 heavy wall paints. the supplier left the paint on the lower floor and told me to carry them to the 1st floor myself, where I clearly said that I was pregnant and couldn't lift them. and he ignored it and drove away, leaving me with the paints on the ground floor, where it was marked that the apartment was on the first floor. terrible company and employees.
LD77- Faz was really helpful I ordered some building material today and he was able to accommodate my needs and carried them around the back of my house he went the extra mile real credit to the driver
Incompetent drivers - 'address not located' yet supposedly left a calling card (they did not)? Drivers also told to stop delivering as soon as 10pm hits? What's the point of paying extra for same day delivery if you just give up at 10pm when your shift isn't completed? Would not recommend.
