This company really let us down today. We booked two men and a Luton van for a collection for 10:30 this morning. The booking was made and confirmed on Wednesday (4 days before the job). We received a text 20 minutes before the drivers were due to arrive to say the driver was stuck on a job until 1:30. This was unacceptable as we were waiting at the sellers house to transfer items. When I tried to call there was no answer. I text to express my disappointment, again no response. 50 minutes later I received a text saying there was nothing they could do. Thankfully another brilliant man with a van was available at short notice. Would not recommend.

We had a large 5 bedroom house removal across the country. We were very anxious prior to our move as it all had to be done in one trip and we had to keep to a strict schedule. As soon as Geoff and the lads showed up we were put at ease. They must have all had their spinach because they got all our stuff in the vans at lightning speed! At our new property they were just as efficient. We couldn't thank them enough for all their hard work and great banter. Would 100% recommend!
