Really smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The call the day before was really helpful – everything was explained clearly, which made things easy. Love that the app opens the gate, nice bonus! Pricing is competitive for the area too. Only small thing I'd mention is it would be handy to know when booking whether the locker is on the top or bottom level – not sure I'd fancy hauling a sofa up the stairs if I didn’t have to 😅 Overall, can't fault it – great service. Won't be moving ever again but this has certainly kept stress levels to a minimum !
Great service from Chris the maintenance guy. Real friendly and helped us out when we had a slight problem at our store. Feel confident we can call on him for anything!
