Great fertility. Lots of options on size of storage. Always secure. Love the options to work from there in there breakout room and also the meeting rooms for hire are a great bonus. Only annoying thing is there is a gate that is always closed so it can be a tight squeeze to get in....open both gates!!

The staff consistently talk to you like you’re an inconvenience and look at you like you’re dirt. The attitude alone makes the whole place uncomfortable to deal with. The car park is a mess, with nails all over the ground not exactly what you want to drive through when you’re paying for a storage facility. They’re quick to slap big fines on you for the smallest things. Attitude and penalties straight away. Also, be aware that the only toilets are in the office communal area, and that’s only accessible 9–5, Same with kitchen. Don’t rely on it if you're there outside office hours. I visited your website over the weekend to get an idea of pricing. Unfortunately, this could not be done without collecting my data and entering my personal details, including name, email, and mobile number. On Monday morning, I received a call from a representative named Colin. I explained that I was no longer interested and had only been seeking a general price indication for comparison purposes. His response was, “well that doesn’t make any sense,” delivered in a dismissive and rude manner. Before I could respond further, he ended the call. This interaction left a very poor impression of your company. If this is the level of customer service provided at the first point of contact, it does not encourage trust or confidence. I certainly would not consider using your services in the future, nor recommending them to others. I would strongly suggest addressing this issue internally to prevent similar experiences for potential customers.

I wouldn't recommend this storage room anyone. Essentially if you want access 24/7 because is no such a thing... customer service is the worst I never come across such a rude and and inexperienced manager as they got here. I work over 20 years in customer service and know how to deal with people. He don't care about complains or trying to help customer. If the manager will stay for longer I'm pretty sure soon you will have no customers.
