I bought a a hooded sports jacket and found on 14 September 2025. Upon returning home, I discovered that the jacket had a visible hole. Importantly, the item has never been worn, nor has it undergone any form of alteration or treatment since purchase.When I visited the store to request a refund or replacement , the staff refused to process my request and instead offered various excuses. That is terrible.

Leeds Briggate I came here as I guessed the customer in question would leave a terrible review. I was witness to the whole conversation and can stay multiple staff members were polite and delt with the customer in a professional manner. The customer was clearly after just a refund after what appeared to be an already worn pair of trainers where presented to the staff. The only reason I stuck around was for the dramatic display put on by the customer OMG award winning!!!!

I had such a lovely shopping experience. The service was incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. A big thank you to Ellise — it truly made my day!

May I also add as a visitor to Leeds I too was witness t oh the commotion caused by the customer in question regards refund of clearly was a dirty used pair of trainers.. I must admit I stuck around as the customer was loud snd abusive to staff members. No way were staff abusive or racist. The customer was there clearly to get a unwarranted refund. This women is nothing I. My eyes but a trouble maker calling the racist card....

This experience reminded me of the time I was in a Turkish clothing market in Antalya - mayhem, claustrophobia, and a little stinky. I hate going into this shop. The music is blaring so you can’t even speak to your partner or the person behind the till. There is never enough staff, there are shoes and clothes all over the floor; there are feral children laying around and running around everywhere. Avoid at all costs
