Bradford Plaza

I am very disappointed in the lay out of the plaza. Not many drop kerbs and if there is its blocked by cars. I am a wheelchair user and I really struggled to get to the shops. The shops are so over crowded that I couldn't even get in as there is not much room to maneuver, Not just me being in a wheelchair try thinking about parents with buggies and old people too. I needed the toilet but the stair lift is not working for a while and there is no out of order sign on it. I had to go in my wheelchair to morrisons to use the bathroom and it was so dangerous with it being so busy. My mum tripped over it which is a hazard it should at least have a cone on top of it before somebody hurts themselves badly 😢. This place is not wheelchair accessible at all. Come on guys its 2025 and you need to make alot of changes I really hope the manager of this place sees this and starts making these changes so it is Accessible for all. This place has lovely clothes, shoes, jewellery etc but its a shame I could only get in to a few shops.

Yesterday, I accidentally lost my gold earring in one of the changing rooms and thought it was gone for good. When I called the plaza today, Mr. Abdul went above and beyond to help me. He personally went to the plaza to look for my earring, found it, and immediately got in touch with me. What truly touched me was his honesty and kindness. He offered different options for how I could get it back and even paid out of his own pocket to post it to me first class safely. In today’s world, it’s rare to come across someone so genuine, caring, and professional. May Allah reward Mr. Abdul abundantly for his honesty, kindness, and all the good he does. Bradford Plaza is very lucky to have such a genuine and trustworthy person managing it. Thank you once again, Mr. Abdul. I’m so grateful for your help!

You are spoiled here with wide range of asian ready made garments and accessories shops. Reasonable price too. However look out for quality items. Ample parking plus too many food outlets.

Much variety of traditional Pakistani dresses. Clean area and food options are also available. Parking can be difficult in peak times because of limited space but you can park at Morrisons for 2 hours which is next to the market. We tend to come here to shop for wedding events or Eid.

Desi clothes shops average prices some shops are really expensive but plenty of variety. Busy on weekends and Occasionally like Ramadan less parking spaces. And parking are free you can also park in Morrisons just 2 minutes walks.
