Visited Apple Store to find out my AirPods were fake but I had the Apple box both barcode and serial number. Not happy as Apple products get hacked and not secure. Best not to buy from Apple
I experienced the worst customer service from Apple today in this store. My AirPods can no longer paly sounds as normal so I booked a Genuine Bar service at 15:40 and checked in at 15:35. I sat down and waited for about 10mins for a technician to talk to me. Then a technician appeared and the real nightmarestarted. The technician won’t able and expressed no willing to help. He simply mentioned that some “glitches” happened and stopped him to go through necessary checks. That's all! No solutions, no explanations, no further attempts, and guess what? He insisted me to leave with the problem unsolved and suggested me prenting that everything is fine. I mentioned how disappointed I was, but only learned that: we, the customers, must be tolerant to technical failures or noise through the pods. --As I cannot accept this and really want someone to help me resolve the noise issue, the technician kept me waiting in the bar for another 40mins. Guess what? It’s 17:30now and I am still wasting my time here waiting. Another technician appeared and mentioned that there are some faults identified and, yes, finally, they will try to make progress and help.
I initially had a very stressful experience due to some confusion about how the purchase was processed. However, when I returned the next day, I was assisted by an amazing staff member named Martin. He took ownership of my case, examined the situation thoroughly, and made sure everything was handled correctly. In the end, we reached an agreement that satisfied both parties. I am very pleased with the service and support Martin provided. The manager also came in to ensure I was fully supported.
The worst service in the world. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment (my booking was for 7, but I came at 4 and asked if I could leave my phone for diagnostics earlier). I was immediately told no, that everything was fully booked. However, I checked the website myself and found plenty of available slots from 5 pm. I booked a slot and came back at 5. There was a free staff member who scanned my QR code, and even after that I had to wait another 30 minutes. No one pays any attention to you. In the end, I left with my problem unresolved. It feels like you have to camp overnight just to get in here. Absolutely awful.
Such a great team. I bought a new laptop today. My old one did me proud and gave me ten years of stress free service. I was so impressed by the whole team, from Success the salesperson (such a lovely guy) to the Lead Genius Max (so lovely,calm and patient) who transferred all the data to my new one. A fabulous experience. The whole team work so hard, under overwhelming numbers of customers, but who always keep a smile on show and genuinely seem to love helping non-tech savvy people like me. Thank you so much!
