Hampton by Hilton Leeds City Centre

Thank you very much to duty manager Lucy for hosting us at the Hampton. She was very friendly, Knowledgeable and always carried a big smile in her face. Hotel located just a short walking distance to the city centre. Everything about our stay was great except for a couple of food selections in the breakfast. I didn't like the mushy eggs and sausages at all. They just didn't taste like eggs and sausages. Difficult to explain, maybe very processed. Other than that breakfast was acceptable.

What made it for me was the service. The staff couldn’t do enough for me and my son. Adriane in particular was warm, friendly and professional. The other ladies and gentlemen were super (I didn’t get their names !). They made us hot chocolate with marshmallows and were just generally interactive and friendly. The breakfast was good and I felt casual (in a good way). The room suited us well and the hotel was walking distance to the centre. I will be returning for the staff alone. Obrigada Adriane ! :)

Stayed at the hotel recently and it was in a great location near the city centre or just 10 mins taxi with its own car park. Staff from reception, workers in the restaurant and breakfast were all super friendly. Room and bathroom was spacious comfy and clean. Mattress and pillows were firm how I liked it. Breakfast had a variety of options. The restaurant area has multiple desks with power sockets if need to log in for work. The WiFi is great throughout the hotel which is a bonus.

Stayed here a couple of days ago and had a pleasant experience overall. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and clean, although a little smaller than I had imagined. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre so we just parked and walked around city center. Special mention to a staff called Ei, who was serving at the bar at night , she was extremely friendly and took the time to recommend some excellent asian restaurants in Leeds, which we really appreciated. Would happily stay here again.

I recently stayed at this Hampton hotel in the centre of Leeds and had a great experience. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It made getting around incredibly convenient. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a good variety of fresh options, and everything was well presented and tasty. It was a perfect start to each day. I also want to mention Emily from the staff, who was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist really made a difference. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with great service. I’d happily stay again.
