The Hotel has 78 bedrooms over four floors including twin, king size double, family, and accessible rooms.
Our family rooms consist of one king size double bed and two 2'6' pull out single beds. These are ideal for families of four with two children under 16 years of age.
Our twin rooms have one king size double bed and one standard single bed making these rooms perfect for one, two, or three people.

Sorry never got the name of the lady who booked us in but she was excellent. Very friendly and helpful and this sets the stay off to a good start. Thank you! The stay was lovely and comfortable. Been here quite a few times and will continue to do so. Just feel very welcome at the queens. Breakfast was also very nice, bit noisy due to the acoustics of the room but still very nice. Going to the room the room makeover team were also very welcoming as we walked through. Top notch hotel. Well done to all and thank you.
Absolutely loved our stay here in late 2024. The rooms are nice, the hotel has a great balance between modern features and historic ambience. Staff were great, as was the breakfast & couldn't be better positioned to the city attractions. I've stayed in many hotels over the years & this is the one that stands out. Loved it!
We stayed at this hotel last weekend and had the loveliest time. Our room was so cozy, and the view looked right out onto the main square in Leeds, with the cutest Christmas markets twinkling below. On Sunday night, we went down to the hotel bar for some drinks, and it was just perfect—beautifully decorated with delicious cocktails that made the evening feel extra special. Before we left, I realised I had forgotten my rings in the room. I called the hotel the next day, and the wonderful Katie helped me straight away. She was so kind, so sweet, and genuinely caring. She arranged everything to have my rings safely posted back to London, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Absolutely amazing experience overall, and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you again, especially to Katie!
Beautiful hotel and loved the art deco styling. Gorgeous downstairs interiors.We booked a cosy room which was big enough for our stay. We had everything we needed and loved having a bath. We were on the 8 th floor which was really quiet despite looking over the square. Convenient for everything in Leeds city centre. The staff were very friendly.
Love staying at the Queens. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. The showers are hot and powerful with complementary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is hot and a decent quality. It's right next to the train station and opposite city square. Always enjoy my stay here.
