LPW Truckwash Coneygarth

This is the last time I even try using this truckwash. In the last 4 weeks ive tried at certain times to get a wash between 11.30 am and 13.15 on to see a barrier blocking entry lane so they must close for long lunches and then when I did get a wash last week the price they charge was absolutely pathetic. Wheels not washed on one side, tractor unit rear lights not even attempted never mind the chassis what was not even touched

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Absolutely atrocious job of washing the truck, talk about half a job. The smell of the acid due to the amount used was suffocating. Also failed to rinse the lorry properly which left trails of the acid all over the cab and it does not come off. Look at the state of the passenger door..! Safe to say I will not be returning, unless with an invoice for polishing out the acid.

Whilst the guys are friendly and quick the quality of the was wasn’t great. I went in with a very dirty curtainsider and came out with a dirty curtainsider! The trailer wash just isn’t up-to it. The unit came out reasonable. Won’t use it again. Update....... an hour later I’ve been contacted by the manager who has apologised, offered a full refund and second wash for free. Apparently they can’t use strong cleaning chemicals at that site due to it being an environmentally friendly site. That is fair and good customer service!

I asked for the doors and steps to be cleaned. No problem, but I'll have to pay extra (cash).
