I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order for doors and tiles in February, scheduled to be fitted in April. However, the company double-booked the appointment and handled the situation in a very unprofessional and discourteous manner. The installation was eventually completed, but they then refused to complete the tiling as originally agreed. Overall, the service was extremely poor and I would not recommend them based on my experience.
Just excellent service from County Kitchens, Linda's project management was faultless - new kitchen fitted well within a specified timescale plus she oversaw extra works which I requested at short notice. The separate tradesmen selected for our job were all great too. Highly recommended 👌
I had a kitchen fitted recently by country kitchens leyburn, we went on holiday to Australia while it was being carried out I can't praise them enough for all the care that was taken, it seemed nothing was too much trouble thank you Karen for coordinating it all. They even organised for my existing granit to be removed recut and it was replaced by the fitter. I would highly recommend them if you are thinking of having a new kitchen Ps they even sold my old one Pat Richmond
