I went to see Imogen physio and she was absolutely brilliant and sorted out for me to get a new appointment with the people above her to see what the next step will be so extremely helpful to me and the initial visit with Imogen was set up and sorted within 2weeks of seeing my Dr

I have been at this surgery for a number of years now. The staff are really friendly the GP's are friendly and also the nurses. It is very easy to book an appointment. I would not want to go anywhere else they are exceptionally good and efficient. Well done to all involved.

My experience as a new patient at Liversedge Health Centre has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. From the very beginning, the onboarding process was poorly handled, leaving me feeling confused and unsupported. As a patient with pressing health concerns, including a lump in my head, I expected to receive timely and attentive care. However, I was met with dismissiveness and neglect. During my initial appointment, I attempted to address multiple health issues, only to be told that I had "too many things to address." Despite expressing urgency regarding the lump in my head, I was left waiting for answers. Eventually, after being told I needed surgery, I have heard nothing since, leaving me anxious and uncertain about my health. Furthermore, the management of my and my son's asthma has been a nightmare. Despite multiple visits to the pharmacy and GP surgery in person, we still haven't received the correct inhalers. The reception staff's attitude has been appalling, treating me as though I'm inconsequential and failing to provide adequate assistance. Moreover, the lack of clear guidance on prescription ordering procedures has exacerbated the situation. Despite the availability of online ordering, which could have been easily integrated into the onboarding process, no such support was provided. The lack of clear guidance on prescription ordering procedures has only exacerbated the situation, leaving my wife unable to access the contraceptive she needs and forcing me to share inhalers with my son. Additionally, the practice's refusal to accept prescription requests over the phone, coupled with lengthy appointment wait times, has made accessing care unnecessarily difficult. It's been nearly a year, and I still haven't met any of the doctors, further highlighting the disconnect between patients and healthcare providers at Liversedge Health Centre. In conclusion, the level of care and service provided by Liversedge Health Centre has been shockingly inadequate. As a patient, I deserve better, and I hope that by sharing my experience, positive changes can be made to ensure that others do not endure similar hardships.

Just had a blood test done here after my GP didn't have availability and I must say I was very well looked after! They phoned me a few hours before my appointment to get me in earlier which worked fine for me. They even followed up an hour or so later to make sure I'd got home okay (long story short I'd driven myself there and do not react well to needles *at all*).

Had an appointment here. Electronic check in, no problems. I was amazed to see staff wandering about public areas without masks. Seems the signs on the entry doors about wearing masks are only for patients. To be fair the MSK team I saw were fully masked, general surgery staff, none.
