Gallaber Park

Lovely peaceful park. Hard to believe how quiet was when visiting during the school half term holidays. We rented a 2 bed Caravan with hot tub which was spotless. The hot tub was attended to everyday. I found it lovely and warm but it would have been nice to have controlled the temperature as it was preset. The playground on site was very good, with a couple of swings and a slide. The train station of Hellifield is easily accessible through a path at the back of the park, and we used the train for 3 trips out whilst there. Would recommend the chippy in Gargrave, the food was delicious. Never got to try the bar on site, it never actually looked that busy, but was open from Thursday - Sunday with a coffee morning on Wednesdays. Can't wait to go back soon, but unable to find availability for most dates throughout the year if you want to book the Hot tub ones.

Motorhome stay. We stopped here for a weekend away close to home. Site is lovely, big but quiet. There was even a Halloween treasure hut and disco in and we didn't hear anything. The facilities are great my only nit pick is we had to wait to empty gray waste because a caravan owner parked his car on the drive over bay. This happened 3 times so we had to wait which is ok but one of the other guests wasn't happy. The stag is lovely and relaxing. Nice area to explore in hellifield and settle. The facilities are clean and warm

We came to Gallaber park for a family camping trip. The park was clean and well kept, facilities were brilliant, in the toilet block the floors were heated, toilets and showers very clean. They also had great washing up facilities in the toilet block, with washing up liquid and tea towels available to use. There was a small field for pitch and putt with clubs and balls free to use. There was also a small pub onsite open weds-sun. They had quizzes and games on throughout the weekend which were a lot of fun. There was a park for this to play on too. Overall we felt very safe, lots of families around, plenty of space for kids to run around. We even booked on to stay an extra night! Can't wait to visit again!

Gallaber Park is truly something special. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome — not just by the staff, but by the residents too. It felt more like coming home than visiting a holiday park. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the scenery is stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made it so easy to relax and switch off — which is rare for me with the job I’m in. The walks are idyllic, especially if you have dogs. Ours absolutely loved exploring the fields, chasing scents, and spotting the rabbits! The management team have been fantastic from the very first enquiry about booking a lodge. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. It’s clear how much thought has gone into creating this place — and it shows in every detail. Huge thanks to everyone at Gallaber Park. Beautiful place, clean tidy park! Staff really welcoming and friendly. Accommodation was excellent would definitely recommend to everybody who wants a relaxing break. Everything was perfect! Will definitely be going back there again.
