Close to Whitby yet in the depths of the countryside. The Barn was exactly as shown in the photos, compact but very well equipped with a lovely bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. The owners were attentive and helpful and their family’s dogs made us feel very welcome every time we came back. Max was a particularly good boi! Would highly recommend the Barn for couples wanting a Coast and Moors Yorkshire breakfast.

Amazing cosy cottage in a peaceful spot. Beautifully decorated and well equipped and gleaming clean. The bed is super comfy and the biscuits and milk were much appreciated. Lovely family on the farm, friendly but not intrusive just perfect. Lovely walks in all directions. Will be back as soon as we can thanks for the delicious biscuits and the milk

The Barn is a lovely place to stay to explore the area around Whitby. We spent 3 nights in great comfort. The Barn is well equipped, clean and has great parking at the front, and is in a very quiet location. We would definitely like to stay again.
