I would just like to share my experience with the post office chat function! What a great idea. I have used it twice now and I can't tell you how quick and helpful it is. My questions were answered quickly and clearly. It's saved me time and effort calling into the branch to ask the same question. For reference I have asked a passport question and a vehicle tax question. Great service, thank you 👍

The post office is usually busy and there's often a wait. The staff do their best and are polite but I wonder if the place could be run more efficiently.

When all the other parcel delivery companies fail Royal Mail gets through on time. No lost parcels or delays or wrong addresses or “you were not at home” excuses. Why would anyone not use Malton Royal Mail office. They will even collect our parcels and mail from the door.

Went into the post office yesterday and the lady called Janet was incredibly helpful and I can’t sing her praises high enough. Postage is quite complicated these days but Janet was very clear and incredibly helpful. I can’t recommend this post office highly enough.
