Excellent all round. I’ve just purchased my third car with Ray Chapman and this time I dealt with Dan and Gareth. Both were knowledgable and friendly without being pushy. Their relaxed approach made it easy for me to make a decision in my own time and ultimately I bought my dream car at a good price. I do and would always recommend them.

Buying a used car from Ray Chapman from 250 miles away online and by phone with Ben and Jason was very easy and enjoyable experience. I was met at the station by Jason and driven to the dealership to see my new used car waiting for me at the front door. A big shout out to the team that had prepared the car, it was immaculate! ‘Fresh out of the box’ it could have been brand new. Jason spent quality time with me setting up the app on my phone and explaining the upgrades from my previous model. Thanks to all concerned.
