Manor Park Dental Practice

The dental consultant and assistants were absolutely lovely, however, when I spoke to the dentist (I'm not sure her name but I believe she is eastern European) she was extremely rude. I asked a few questions and she plain right ignored me, at first I thought she didn't hear but then she said I was talking too much... I asked what will happen during the appointment💀. I can't imagine how she must treat clients with little English or mental health issues such as anxiety. She needs training on how to handle patients. Towards the end she told an assistant to 'deal with me' and 'to just leave' the assistant was so lovely she helped refer me to the hospital to remove my wisdom teeth which was causing a lot of pain!! (The whole reason I went in) I give 2 stars because of the other staff working extremely hard.

Genuinely wouldn’t recommend anyone going here by far the worst dentist I have ever been to, the receptionists are friendly and welcoming and the dentist is clean, that’s the only positive thing I can say! I went for an emergency route canal and it was dr hanna I explained that i have a phobia of the dentist and would like to know what is happening, she just kept shaking her head saying you come with pain and I fix, I asked her to numb the tooth before but she said no,she started drilling without no numbing and the pain was phenomenal and I had to stop her only after that she then numbed it and she has drilled the filling out and put some antibiotic in the tooth but now the tooth is 10x more painful than before I went in and I have called and cancelled the follow up appointment and it was the worst dentist experience I’ve ever had terrible communication from the beginning not sure if it was arrogance or if it was the language barrier with her being polish but either way I’ve paid to go private as no amount of pain will take me back to that dentist

I came to this dentist as an emergency appointment last week and they immediately took me on as a patient as I would have been waiting months for another local dentist. I sadly do not remember the name of the lady who saw me last week and today (11/12/25) but she was super sweet. Took in my severe anxiety, my neurodivergence and reassured me throughout my appointment that I was alright. She was even kind enough to numb me for my well overdue cleaning as my gums are sensitive. I have never felt so well taken care of during a dentist visit and I will be happy to return in March for my checkup. Hopefully the great calibre of care I was given today will continue going forward.

I’ve seen some negative reviews about this practice, but I can only speak from my own experience as a patient here for over 15 years. I have always been seen by Dr. Hanna, who is absolutely fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain every detail of treatment and costs, and makes you feel completely at ease. The care and professionalism I’ve consistently received here have been excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.

Call from 111 and everyone was a life saver, the staff was nice and the Dr and nurse sorted me out in no time and it was swift and ease. I got an appointment and was out of there left satisfied and relieved. Really great surgery great job
