Often leave me without pain medication for a week and have to chase and grovel to get it. I feel stripped of my dignity and it is inhumane to let people suffer. They have also left me without epileptic medication on several occasions. When you get to see a doctor they are actually quite good but trying to see an actual doctor is rare, it's common you get put with the paramedic and they are passed off as a doctor.

These five stats are for Stella ... She helped me thru a very challenging situation and went over and above. We need more people like her in our NHS. Thanks so much Stella

This has to be the worst doctors going, you finally manage to get an appointment which was a week down the line ...to then turn up to your doctors appointment to be told sorry you have to make another appointment....so you go to the front desk for them to say sorry you can't make an appointment you have to ring on the day....the place is a joke

What improvement did you make? Been trying to ring every day bank on 8 am and line was busy every single time. Literally, I rang when the clock turned 8am and was disconnected because the line was busy. How shall we contact you if you never answer? Please make better improvements or go back to the previous pattern when we could book an appointment from the GP. This is not working.

Don't get why this place has poor reviews. There is a traige service where you get called back to book appointment. I had a next day one. I've never had issues getting appointments if I go down on the morning either although the previous phone service queue used to be terrible but the triage is much better.
