Great massage and electro-acupuncture session. Brilliant advice on how to continue to strengthen my back. I was even given a personalised exercise routine to complete daily following the appointment, as well as nutritional advice. Jonathon was very friendly and welcoming and contacted after the session to check how I was feeling and how I was getting on. Would 100% recommend!

Took my 79 year old father here as he had been suffering with pain in his shoulders and upper back for a number of years. Jonathan totally put him at ease and after an initial full health check, diagnosed the problem and got straight to work. After treatment my dad was given a number of rehab exercises to complete to further improve his pain. By far the best physio and acupuncture he’s had in his life according to my dad who has unfortunately had to see a few. What this man doesn’t know about fixing people isn’t worth knowing.

Struggled with my back so much at the beginning of lockdown and he kindly sent me some exercises to help and as soon as he was able to work I visited him for the first time, instant relief!!!! My back is so much better now and will continue to visit for continued manipulation as it is my weak spot with my working position as a permanent cosmetic technician.

I couldn't recommend enough, I don't have time to suffer with trapped nerves and the like. I need to be able to function and get on. After a trapped nerve in my shoulder and neck i was left in agony and couldn't move my head properly abd couldn't sleep. I had one session of massage, acupuncture and elecrostimulation. It was the best decision i could have made, within a couple of hours i could turn my head and my shoulder relaxed. The pain subsided fairly quickly making things far easier and i didn't need to have any time off (blessing). Got loads of exercises to do to help if it started again (or prevent it coming back). I was very grateful and above all able to carry on as normal. Would give Ten stars if possible

Jonathan is the go too man for any back / muscular issues. I’ve seen him a few times now and always sorts the problem and gives exercise to keep the issue at bay. Also a great personal trainer giving complete packages including home workouts and nutritional programmes
