I have been shopping at Bright Ideas since it very first started nearly 20 years ago and have always had a lovely experience. I have bought wallpaper, paint, cards and presents. Sally is lovely and friendly and a wizz at interior design, I never feel pressured to buy anything when I have been for a consultation session and have been very happy with my purchases. They stock some really unique and beautiful products. It is lovely to have such a good quality shop just down the road.
Kind and helpful are the staff, lovely little shop.. went in for a nosey and left with what I went in for.. A Jellycat. Plenty of stock and always restocking.. Will definitely return

Wonderful Christmas gift ideas......did all the Christmas shopping I needed. Lots of style and elegance. I only went in for wallpaper designs and came out with much more including wallpaper ideas/ designs I didn't even consider. The owner was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended and we should all support local. Excellent customer service.
Such a lovely shop. Had blinds made by Sally and Love them. So friendly and wonderful to speak with. Nothing is a problem and the stock is amazing.
