Preparation: Ensure surfaces to be filled are clean, dry and dust free. Hairline cracks should be slightly enlarged to ensure good filler penetration. Touch in nail and screw heads with oil-based paint to prevent rusting. Directions: If necessary, stir filler before use to an even, smooth consistency. Apply manually using a filling knife or trowel and press firmly into the cavity to be filled. Suitable for depths up to maximum 10mm. In large areas apply filler in layers no more than 10mm depth allowing each layer to set before applying the next. Fill slightly proud of surrounding surface and when fully set sand down to a fine finish. When used outdoor protect the filled area from rain and moisture until set. For best results, when set, protect the filler from excessive weathering with a suitable exterior paint or varnish.
