Ideal for sandwiches, burgers and delicious on the barbecue.  Pulled pork is a method of cooking pork where the cut of meat is cooked slowly at low temperatures, allowing the meat to become tender enough so that it can be "pulled", or easily broken into individual pieces. Absolutely mouth-watering and perfect for the Summer Family Barbecue. Tender and succulent texture of shredded pork.
