Kingspan Thermaroof TR27 Flat Roof Insulation Board measuring 80mm thick and 1200mm x 1200mm in size. High-performance rigid insulation board designed for use on flat roofs waterproofed with fully adhered, mechanically fixed, or ballasted single-ply, bituminous, or mastic asphalt membranes. Manufactured from rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core, the board delivers excellent thermal efficiency with minimal thickness, achieving reliable long-term performance and dimensional stability. Faced on both sides with a tough, thermoset-coated glass tissue, it provides enhanced adhesion, mechanical strength, and compatibility with a wide range of roofing systems. Lightweight yet rigid, the board simplifies handling and installation on site while ensuring uniform insulation coverage across large roof areas.
