Robust all-weather construction smoking shelters With effect from June 2007 all workplaces and enclosed spaces that are meant for public use are required by law to be smoke free. Businesses have a duty to protect their staff from the harmful effects of smoke but many also choose to install a smoking shelter adjacent or near to their main building. This allows members of staff who smoke to gather in a more social environment and encourages them to dispose of their cigarette butts in the cigarette bins provided. These bright and tidy shelters are intended as an all weather solution incorporating a substantial roof seating area and ventilated sides to keep a fresh flow of air through the space. As they will be in regular use the shelters are constructed using a high quality steel and powder coating which also prevents any fire hazards.
