Everbuild Black Jack Black Bitumen Paint in a 5 litre tin is a solvent-based, full-bodied bituminous coating formulated to provide durable protection to metal surfaces, timber, concrete and roofing substrates. Once dry, it forms a black, odourless film that offers reliable weatherproofing and corrosion resistance under prolonged exposure.The coating resists dilute acids, alkalis, salt solutions and water, supporting long-term surface stability across industrial, agricultural and general exterior environments. Its flexibility and adhesion allow it to bond effectively to iron, steel, lead, zinc, aluminium, stone, brick and felt, making it suitable for both refurbishment and protective maintenance work.Applied by brush or spray, the product provides efficient coverage on both porous and non-porous substrates, forming a film with a typical wet thickness of 0.1mm and a dry thickness of 0.05mm at an 11m²/L application rate.Designed for fast drying with predictable film formation, it delivers consistent results when applied in ambient temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.
