Liquitex : Professional Pouring Medium

Liquitex Professional Gloss Pouring Medium is formulated to create a smooth seamless strong body of paint when poured or dripped onto a surface. It increases the flow of your paint and can be mixed with any acrylic paint to get a smooth even colour film without increasing the transparency of the colour, or affecting acrylic stability. This gives even poured puddles, poured sheets and flowing applications of colour with no cracking or crazing and dries to a high gloss wet look. To use with a soft body acrylic mix approximately 5% colour to 95% medium (adjust to suit your paint and technique) and stir gently to avoid a foam. If bubbles appear leave the mixture to sit so they can rise and disappear. Crazing and cracking can occur if the flow heights are very uneven €“ so it is best to make sure your poured surface is level when drying. Available in 4 sizes.
