Supplied with ivory ribbon, 12 Sugar Roses and edible glue our White Roses Two Tier Wedding Cake is made to our original award winning fruit cake recipe. Full of fruit and nuts, generously laced with French brandy then slow baked in small batches.. Use this elegant but simply decorated two tier cake as a luxury wedding cake without the luxury price tag, or as a centre piece to any celebration table, safe in the knowledge that it’s made to the same exacting standards as all other Meg Rivers products.. The top tier is baked in a 4" tin and the bottom tier is baked in a 7" tin.. Supplied on boards and an additional two spare silver boards for transferring the cake to if required. Also available supplied without decoration, Pink or Purple sugar rose combinations.. *please note roses supplied but not fixed to cake - let your creativity loose & send us a picture of your cake!. ** Shelf of at least 2 months from despatch **. ** If showing as out of stock please call - for orders more than two weeks away we can always accommodate even if showing as out of stock on line **. 4" Top Tier 750g. 7" Bottom Tier 2kg. Use a sharp and serrated knife (a good bread knife is ideal).. Cut in a sawing motion from the outside of the cake towards the centre.. Ideally clean the blade between each slice.
