Bimber - Earth (Release No.2) The Four Elements, 70cl

'Earth' is the second limited release in 'The Four Elements' series from Bimber distillery, based in London. Using Aberdeenshire peat, 'Earth' was aged in a lightly peated, ex-bourbon cask (#478) and bottled in April 2023.. This is one of only 275 bottles released.. Bimber is a whisky distillery located in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
