Ingredients Usage How to use Clarinaze Allergy Control 0.05% Nasal Spray 140 Sprays Shake the bottle gently and remove the dust cap. Gently blow your nose. Close one nostril and insert the nozzle into the other nostril. Tilt your head forward slightly, keeping the bottle upright. Start to inhale gently through your nose and while inhaling, press down once on the spray to deliver a fine mist into your nostril. Breathe out through your mouth. Repeat the process for the other nostril. After usage, clean the nozzle with a handkerchief or tissue and replace the dust cap.
