We'll visit 4 authentic eateries plus a local bar, including street food from the oldest stall in town, the only restaurant in town serving cuisine from the Kula ethnic minority, and sipping beer while watching the cows come home (literally) during sunset in a rural village. Plus a lot more! My hosts and I have worked hard to create a truly unique experience that you can't get anywhere else. My hosts and our vendors all have deep roots in Siem Reap, and our entire menu is produced within Siem Reap province, down to the home-made fermented fish sauce and garlic-chili sauces.
