50cl / 30% - A liqueur made from Italian cherries with a protected designation of origin. It is unknown who first planted cherry trees on Mount Etna, but local families have handed down their knowledge through generations. This liqueur uses fruit from Sant’Alfio and infuses its pulp with alcohol for 45 days to create a bright and juicy character, which is simply delicious over ice.
