Ruggeri says ‘this is a wine to brighten up any day’, and it certainly does. The Ruggeri family are based in Valdobbiadene-Conegliano, in Veneto in northeastern Italy. This region is famed for making some of the highest quality Prosecco, and you can certainly taste it in this wonderfully fresh sparkling. Crisp, zesty, and floral, it’s full of ripe fruit, with a slight hint of sweetness. Incredibly versatile, enjoy as an apéritif, with light dishes, or with fruit-based desserts.
