Handcrafted from black spun iron that delivers all the heat retention and durability of cast iron, with significantly less weight. The body is made with 99.1% pure British iron and comes pre-seasoned with natural flax oil, meaning you can use it straight away - the flax coating is easy to clean, naturally non-stick, and can be simply restored at home if needed. PTFE & PTFOA free, with absolutely no chemicals.. Suitable for all types of heat source including oven, induction, gas hob, aga, electric hob and open flame, this pan is available in five sizes: 15cm (perfect for individual portions), 20cm, 25cm, 30cm and 35cm.
