Scottish Gorse Gin

This gin from Isle of Bute Distillery won gold at the Scottish Gin Awards, and it's easy to see why. The beautiful yellow gorse flower that grows around the island's historic Mount Stuart Estate gives a light floral aroma to the gin, which is finished off with notes of vanilla and coconut.
