The Shoulders of Giants series celebrates the thinkers, innovators and visionaries of the past. This particular release celebrates the Dutch post-impressionist painter, Vincent van Gogh and was matured in a single fino sherry cask for an undisclosed length of time.. Part of a limited release of just 335 bottles.. Bimber is a whisky distillery located in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
