Milky White would be a great choice pretty much for any colour palette as long as it’s not too cool working especially well in a north facing setting to counter the cool light source. It works really well with natural textures and colours such as stone or warmer woodwork and pairs beautifully with greens! We wouldn’t use Milky White in a south facing room as the yellow undertones paired with the warm natural light is likely to make the shade appear more creamy/yellowy than off white.
