Fill the Neilmed Sinus Rinse bottle up to the indicated line using distilled, micro-filtered, commercially bottled, or boiled and cooled water. Add one Premixed Sachet to the bottle. Secure the cap and nozzle, and shake gently until fully dissolved. Lean forward over a sink, keeping the mouth open and breathing normally. Place the nozzle snugly into one nostril, gently squeeze the bottle allowing the solution to flow in one side and drain from the other. Repeat for the other nostril. Carefully clean, rinse and dry the bottle, cap, and nozzle after each use.
