Brompton 3-32 Chain

When fitting new chain, the rear sprocket(s) should be replaced.• 3/32” Chains can be connected with a PowerLink• Do not use a connecting link to join wide 1/8” chains. Instead, use a standard chain toolCHAIN LENGTHIt is essential that this is correct. The chart pictured shows the number of links needed for different chainwheel and sprocket combinations available from Brompton. Chain used on Bromptons is either wide (1/8") or narrow (3/32”)• Use 3/32" chain when both chainring and sprocket(s) are 3/32"• 1/8" chains should be used with 1/8" sprockets and chainwheels• It is highly recommended that sprockets are replaced when fitting a new chain
