Château de Gadras 2022, Bordeaux Rouge AOC

Château de Gadras is a small family estate in Entre-Deux-Mers, 60km south of Bordeaux. The Château was originally founded by the Rouviere family, but has been run by Sylvie and Serge Forcato, since 1990, and now their son, David. Over the years, they have modernised and developed the estate, while paying great respect to traditional practices and the diversity of the land. Located south of the Bastude de Monsegury, the vineyard benefits form superb sun exposure, which allows them to produce deep, complex wines, like this Bordeaux Rouge. Silky and smooth, this unoaked blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon is bursting with ripe red and black fruit flavours. Try it with roasted meats, and cheese and charcuterie.
