Engineered to deliver three times the longevity of the standard 545 wheel, this 38.1mm diameter cutting disc features complete diamond particle coverage for enhanced durability and cutting performance. Compatible with the EZ SpeedClic system, this cutting wheel offers keyless accessory changes that are six times faster than conventional mandrels. The innovative PULL-TWIST-RELEASE mechanism eliminates the need for tools during wheel changes, improving efficiency on the job. For optimal performance, use the wheel with the SC402 mandrel (sold separately) and apply cuts using the edge of the disc whilst maintaining the recommended two-handed golf grip technique. This versatile cutting wheel excels across a wide range of hard materials including marble, concrete, brick, porcelain, ceramics, hard epoxy, and both soft and hardwood. The diamond coating enables clean, precise cuts in demanding applications without premature wear. Note that this accessory is not suitable for use on metal materials.
