75cl / 12% - In 2009 Jean-Marc introduced Biodynamics to his vineyards and is now on the way to organic conversion which is planted on hilly slopes over 72 individual plots in Charly-Sur-Marne. On the nose this is all about lemon meringue pie, camomile and yellow cherry. The palate has a lovely sapidity to it, with a touch of lemon zest and ripe stone fruits. Try this with a plate of seafood for a delightful pairing.
