The Moreau family’s roots in Chablis hail back to 1814 and 6th generation Winemaker, Louis Moreau has been leading the helm for almost 20 years. His wines have a unique style and flavour, combining mineral elegance and purity. Aged in stainless steel tanks to retain the true profile of the terroir, this fruity wine is golden in colour with rich, aromatic floral notes, typical of a classical Chablis. Bright and fresh, it’s a perfect pairing for smoked salmon and canapes.
