Westmark Robusto Meat Hammer

A top-class meat hammer. Made of aluminiun, it is a robust hand tool for preparing steak, Schnitzel and co. One side of the hammer head features a slight relief pattern, so that the meat is flattened gently without damaging the fibres. The relief pattern on the other side has a rougher structure for tenderising meat. Material: Coated aluminium.
