Blanquette de Limoux Etienne Fort

75cl / 12% - Etienne Fort has been making beautiful sparkling wines from organically worked vineyards at the foot of the Pyrenees. This Blanquette de Limoux has hints of coconut, marmalade and kumquat on the nose. The palate is lovely and ripe with a hint of baked pear, red apple and soft florals. Try this with oysters.
