The Basix Baiting Needle can be used with mostbaits, as it is sharp and strong, meaning that it can be pushed through most harder baits without fear of splitting them. The ‘crook’ on the end has been designed to hold your hair in place whilst the bait is threaded onto it, off of the needle, but without danger of it fraying braided materials or causing them to separate, which can make it hard to insert a hair stop.
