Jean-Noël Haton ‘Classic’ Blanc de Noirs Brut Champagne

Damery is one of Champagne’s biggest villages which is, unsurprisingly, dedicated to the production of fine fizz. The Haton family have long been established here, with their history of grape growing dating back to 1610. Today, the independent Champagne house is run by the 11th and 12th generations of the family. With centuries of knowledge passed down, their expertise lies in crafting traditional Champagnes with exceptional attention to detail. This Brut spends a minimum of two years ageing in bottle, bringing elegance and complexity to the finished wine. Expect notes of stone fruits, red berries and brioche, with rich flavours of citrus, apple, and dried fruits.
