Mussels in a white wine sauce

Each pack contains 450g of mussels Cook from frozen. Pour contents into a saucepan and cover, cook on full heat for 4-6 minutes stirring occasionally. Discard any mussels which do not open. Microwave 800w, remove all packaging and place in a microwaveable dish. Cover with film and pierce several times. Cook for 3 mins, stir, cook for a further 3 mins.
