Colour: Available in White and Clear. Size: 290ml cartridge. Cure Time: Touch dry in 30–40 minutes; fully cured in 24 hours depending on bead size and substrates. Coverage: Approximately 14 meters of a 5mm diameter bead per cartridge. Application Temperature: +5°C to +40°C. Service Temperature: -40°C to +100°C. Shore A Hardness: 50–55. Tensile Strength: 1.5–1.8 MPa. Elongation at Break: 200%. Storage: Store in original, unopened packaging in dry conditions between +5°C and +25°C; protect from frost. Mirrors (not backed with plastic safety film). Plasterboard. Application Instructions. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and loose material. Cut the cartridge nozzle to the desired width and angle, then insert into a cartridge gun. Apply adhesive in beads to one surface. Bring surfaces together within 10 minutes and press firmly. Support may be required for heavy items until the adhesive sets. Clean uncured adhesive with white spirit; cured adhesive must be removed mechanically. Limitations & Precautions. Not suitable for bonding polyethylene, polypropylene, Teflon, or surfaces contaminated with bitumen. Not recommended for continuous submersion in water. Do not use to bond mirrors backed with plastic safety film or on painted surfaces where the decorative finish cannot support the load.
