70cl / 50% - Part of Westland’s Outpost rage, the first edition of Solum is an exploration of 100% local peat from Seattle and a rediscovery of one of the oldest styles of American whiskey. This single malt has notes of orchard fruit and chamomile tea on the nose, with vanilla and a savoury-smoke reminiscent of burnt ends.
