70cl / 44.4% / North Star Spirits - A 1991 Glendronach single malt from independent bottler North Star Spirits that was matured in a refill oloroso sherry butt for 31 years, before being bottled in November 2022. Aromas of black pepper and hot tar fill the nose, complemented by notes of passion fruit curd, buttered toast, Morello cherries and chocolate fondant throughout the palate.
